BOOKING TERMS

There’s any booking term; the booking and its confirmation depends just on the rooms’ availability of the period requested.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Payment mode:

At the booking time ( if it is made in a long advance), it is requested an earnest of 20% of the total amount, to pay with postal order or bank transfer.

At the departure: the payment can be effected with cash, cheque or traveller’s cheque. Credit card and Bancomat.

In the high season the booking is normally weekly, for Easter and other holidays the Property realizes special offers; in the Low season the booking is weekly, or also accepted for some days or just a weekend.

Arrival: from 14.00 p.m. of the arrival day. In the High season, normally on Saturday.
In case of late, please let it know the Hotel, calling immediately.

Departure: Until 10.00 a.m. of the departure day.

** To stay all day of departure until the late afternoon for luggage deposit and for private services bath/shower, the guest has to pay 5,00 Euro per person at the hotel.

Pets are allowed, let it know at the moment of the booking.

Booking cancellation: there’s no penalty. In the case of a long advance, the earnest of the 20% of the due amount will be deducted.
